Manager
More than 4 years in charge of employees
Leadership comes naturally to me. Knowing how to treat clients makes it easier for me to deal with employees and motivate them. I lead teams of 10 employees and can proudly say that all my employees love to be lead by someone who showed them the example while being down to earth.

More than 15 years dedicating myself to clients
I have always been good with people in general. But my experience fostered my care and attention towards the customers, my ease in making new acquaintances comfortable, as well as my communication skills, to make me a customer service specialist.
Customer Service
More than 5 years experience selling in both B2C and B2B
Once you know how to take care of the customers and lead a team, selling is simple. After my second week of learning about the product, I was always able to sell over my targets. That is because once you get people to like you and you are there to help you, they will do the same!
I also am a good negotiator, in general, and enjoy getting the best deals possible even when not asked.
Volunteering for MAXIMO Nivel
